Grab your tent and your kids, and start a new family tradition at our 

1st Annual Wayland
“Dad & Me Campout”

For Dads with Boys & Girls in Kindergarten to Sixth Grade                                     
Join us for an overnight event packed with fun activities for kids and dads at Wayland High School.  Spend time with your sons and daughters enjoying outdoor activities that you’ll remember for years to come.  Activities include: Swimming, Sports, BBQ dinner, s’mores by the campfire, an outdoor movie, a Father’s Day breakfast and more! 
All pre-registered campers receive a Campout tee shirt.

Musical Instrument Petting Zoo

If your child is interested in joining the school band in the fall, here is a chance to experiment with instruments such as the flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, French horn and percussion, violin, cello and viola. Introduce your child to the world of music and actually play band and orchestra instruments. Join us for a fun and informative afternoon.

Free Parking Pass to State Parks

Daily Throughout the Year

MA Department of Conservation has provided our office a free day-parking pass to any of the 440 MA State Parks and properties statewide. You may pick up the pass at 10:00am on a weekday and must return it the next day by 10:00am. For weekends you may pick up the pass after 10:00am on Friday and must return it by 10:00am on Monday. Check www.massparks.org for a list of state parks.

Pick up pass at the Recreation Office (41 Cochituate Road)

Call the Recreation office at 508-358-3660 to reserve the pass ahead of time.
